Taught by our cookie extraordinaire, Amanda, this class is everything you’ll need to start (or continue!) your journey with royal icing cookie decorating. You’ll learn about our favorite Bon Vivant cookie and royal icing recipes, proper piping bag holds, piping royal icing with extra thick consistency, and various piping techniques to achieve different designs, including borders and flooding, and how to create texture and dimension.
We will break down the decorating process step-by-step, and you’ll leave with five beautifully finished cookies!
