Focaccia Friday - Friday, August 28
Bread, dessert, and breakfast tomorrow morning- all in one class!
In this class, you'll create two types of focaccia: a savory loaf you'll decorate yourself with veggies, herbs, and seeds (think edible garden art) and a cinnamon roll focaccia you'll prep in class and take home to bake fresh the next morning, topped with cream cheese frosting. While your savory focaccia bakes in the oven, you'll build your own mini trifle at our design-your-own trifle bar, layering cake, fillings, and toppings to your exact specifications.
You'll leave with a beautiful loaf of focaccia art, a cinnamon roll ready for tomorrow morning, and a trifle that is entirely your own creation.
As always, our signature snack spread and a cocktail (or mocktail) are complimentary with every class.
Please note: we can not offer Gluten Free tickets for Focaccia Friday.
Please note that all tickets are final sale and cannot be transferred to another date. If something comes up and you're unable to attend, you're welcome to gift the ticket to a friend.
