Chicago Cookout - Saturday, June 28
Bring this to your next backyard party to celebrate the best season: Chicago summer! In this 3.5 hour class you'll stack and fill a 2 layer funfetti cake (serves 10 people) with cookies-n-cream buttercream before learning how to apply a crumb-free top coat. We’ll cover how to pipe your own buttercream stickers (yes, even the corn!) and use them to decorate the cakes. The best part about it? You can eat it right away OR pop it in the freezer and save it for a special occasion any time this summer. As always, our signature snack spread, cocktail (or mocktail) and trifle dessert are complimentary with every class.

We put forth this code of conduct not because we anticipate bad behavior, but because there’s nothing we value more than the community we’ve built over the past 5 years. We believe that articulating our values and accountabilities to one another reinforces that respect and provides us with clear avenues to correct our culture should it ever stray. We commit to enforce and evolve this code as our community grows.
