Using light-hearted competition to spark collaboration, our treat-centered team building event is more than just decorating!
Just like in our weekly workshops, we promote the shared experience of creative exploration and hands-on learning outside of day-to-day comfort zones-- all of which lead to new ideas, stronger teams and better morale. Specific event activities are based on which treat option (cookies or sheet cakes) you choose.

The Last Cookie
The Last Cookie
Cookies decorating with a twist!
In this activity, our expert instructor leads the team through designing 3-4 cookies, building up their confidence in their own creativity, practicing focus, and emphasizing attention to detail before we turn things on their head- almost literally- by flipping the last cookie upside down.
With this change in perspective, teams are challenged to imagine new possibilities by working together to create a final design that cohesively completes the cookie set. Groups will work together to create a theme amongst the shapes, presenting their final cookies to the rest of the group before everyone votes on the winning set.

The Cakewalk
Personal sheet cake decorating in a whole new way!
In this activity, our expert instructor leads the group through the basics of decorating their own sheet cake in our signature buttercream before switching it up with a team challenge. Working in teams, each person will begin decorating a second sheet cake, only to pass it along to the next person in their group at each step of the process, until the masterpieces are complete.
This layered game of dessert telephone will challenge the group to work together, knowing that how well one person does their job affects how the next person can accomplish theirs. In the end, each team will present their finished sheet cakes to the group before everyone votes on the winning team.

We rotate available cookie themes each season, and choose options that work best for groups of all skill levels.
For personal sheet cakes, we like to provide a variety of colorful buttercream options for decorating, and two different flavors of cake.
If you're interested in theme customization, an additional fee will apply.
