Try this stunning intermediate workshop!
Take your cake skills to the next level in this brand new intermediate workshop! In this 3.5 hour class you'll stack and fill two layer, 6-inch funfetti cake with lemon cookie crunch before smoothing on a crumb-free top coat and decorating with intricate piping techniques including buttercream fluted columns, ribbons and trims. This cake serves up to 10 people, can be stored in the refrigerator for one week after assembled or in the freezer for up to 1 month. As always, our signature snack spread, cocktail (or mocktail) and trifle dessert are complimentary with every class.
NOTE: This is an intermediate class and requires that all participants have taken at least one Bon Vivant cake workshop prior to attending.

Regular price $550.00In this three-day cake intensive, teens ages 12-17 will learn the step-by-step process of making and designing exquisite buttercream layer cakes. Campers will work individually and in small groups of 2-3 for an immersive, hands-on class experience that any baking-obsessed kid is sure to love. Camp attendance is capped at 10, ensuring a 5-to-1 student-to-instructor ratio so that each baker receives plenty of individual attention.
Baking requires patience and the ability to follow directions. Can your child listen carefully and manage their impulses?
Campers will be working in teams of two. Is your child respectful and considerate of their peers?
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new skills will enhance everyone’s experience. Does your child have a genuine interest in baking?
