Teen Cake Camp: Tuesday, August 12 - Thursday, August 14

Regular price $550.00In this three-day cake intensive, teens ages 12-17 will learn the step-by-step process of making and designing exquisite buttercream layer cakes. Campers will work individually and in small groups of 2-3 for an immersive, hands-on class experience that any baking-obsessed kid is sure to love. Camp attendance is capped at 10, ensuring a 5-to-1 student-to-instructor ratio so that each baker receives plenty of individual attention.
Camp Schedule
- Day 1: Chocolate cake, ganache, rocky road brownie, personal trifles
- Day 2: Funfetti cake, meringue buttercream, dipped and stuffed cupcakes
- Day 3: Assembling and decorating a six-inch cake

- Snacks and beverages will be provided each day.
- This class includes wheat, dairy, and eggs.
- Students must wear closed-toe shoes. Aprons will be provided during class.
- You must attend all three days—single-day registration is not available.
- Allergens present: eggs, dairy, gluten. Tree nuts are present in our kitchen. We cannot accommodate dietary restrictions for this class. Please alert us of any food allergies, particularly nut allergies.

Is Your Child Ready for Camp?
Baking requires patience and the ability to follow directions. Can your child listen carefully and manage their impulses?
Campers will be working in teams of two. Is your child respectful and considerate of their peers?
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new skills will enhance everyone’s experience. Does your child have a genuine interest in baking?
If you answered yes to these questions, your child is ready for camp!
- We cannot accommodate for any dietary restrictions for our camps. This includes gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free. This camp includes wheat, dairy, and eggs, and all of these are present within our facility.
- Allergens present in our space include: eggs, dairy, gluten. Please be advised that there are tree nuts present in our kitchen. We cannot accommodate any dietary restrictions for this class. *Please alert us of any food allergies, particularly nut allergies*
- We use imitation almond extract in many of our recipes, including cakes, buttercream, cookies, and royal icing. It contains zero actual almond and is completely safe for people with nut allergies to consume.
