Evil Eye - Saturday, February 22
The evil eye is one of the most recognizable symbols in the world, and the Evil Eye Cake is one of Bon Vivant's most recognized cake designs. In this workshop you'll learn the basics of stacking, filling and crumb coating a 4 layer, 4-inch chocolate cake, and then create a textured buttercream topcoat. You'll also learn how to layer buttercream piping to create dimensional designs AND get to work with edible silver leaf. Evil Eye serves up to 6 people and can be stored in the refrigerator for one week after assembled or in the freezer for up to 1 month. As always, our signature snack spread, cocktail (or mocktail) and trifle dessert are complimentary with every class.

Bon Vivant Cakes is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment for everyone, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, color, body size, national origin, age, disability (physical or mental), sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression. When you attend an event hosted by Bon Vivant Cakes you are contributing to the overall experience, which makes us all accountable to each other.
We put forth this code of conduct not because we anticipate bad behavior, but because there’s nothing we value more than the community we’ve built over the past 5 years. We believe that articulating our values and accountabilities to one another reinforces that respect and provides us with clear avenues to correct our culture should it ever stray. We commit to enforce and evolve this code as our community grows.
