Taught by our cookie extraordinaire, Amanda, this class is everything you’ll need to start (or continue!) your journey with royal icing cookie decorating. You’ll learn about our favorite Bon Vivant cookie and royal icing recipes, proper piping bag holds, and various piping techniques to achieve different designs, including borders and flooding, wet-on-wet technique, how to create texture and dimension, and using edible paint. We will break down the decorating process step-by-step, and you’ll leave with five beautifully finished cookies! Our delicious breakfast snack spread and coffee come complimentary with this class.
