Bon Vivant at Bartleby's: A Tini Bit Evil - Thursday, October 10
Hosted in the party space at Bartleby's Ice Cream, this workshop is an extra sweet cookie class collaboration!
Taught by our cookie extraordinaire, Michelle, this class is everything you’ll need to get started (or continue!) your journey with royal icing cookie decorating. You’ll learn about our favorite Bon Vivant cookie and royal icing recipes, proper piping bag holds, and various piping techniques to achieve different designs, including borders and flooding, wet-on-wet technique, how to create texture and dimension, and using edible paint. We will break down the decorating process step-by-step, and you’ll leave with five beautifully finished cookies!
